Route coverage supports cross-border access needs in different regions. Match the route to the destination service first; if the connection is not ideal, try another route in the same region instead of always using one entry point.
The same account can be used across different devices, making it suitable for switching between computers, tablets, and mobile devices. Unlimited devices does not increase the plan’s total data allowance; usage from all devices counts toward the selected plan.
Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. Client access is available in the user panel; sign in to obtain the client and subscription, then import them on the relevant platform.
Choose a route based on the region of the target content for Streaming, AI Tools, online collaboration, and international websites. Regional rules vary by service, so keep the account region, content region, and route exit aligned where possible.
For connection, import, payment, or plan-recognition issues, submit a ticket in the user panel. Include the platform, client status, selected route, and error text so the connection process can be checked step by step.

If you need a continuous connection every month, a monthly subscription is easier to manage on a predictable budget. If usage is sporadic and some months see little activity, a non-expiring data pack avoids monthly resets. Do not compare total data alone; make sure the validity rule matches your usage pattern.
Web browsing, text interactions, video meetings, file transfers, and high-resolution Streaming consume different amounts of data. Multiple devices can be online at once, but their usage is combined under one plan, so check the remaining balance in the user panel regularly when sharing access.
PAYMENT FLOW
05VPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Marketing pages only present the plans; plan selection, order confirmation, and payment take place in the user panel.
No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Once in the panel, confirm the signed-in account before opening the plans area to avoid confusing order states across browser sessions.
For a monthly subscription, check the monthly allowance and activation-date reset rule. For a data pack, check the total allowance and non-expiring rule. If upgrading an existing monthly subscription, also review the remaining-cycle calculation shown in the panel.
The order confirmation page supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Before paying, check the plan name, price, and data allowance again rather than relying on an older page left open in the browser.
After payment, return to the user panel to check the order and plan status. Once the plan is active, open the client download area to obtain the client and subscription. If the status has not updated, submit the order details through a panel ticket for verification.
REFUND POLICY
05VPN offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. To apply, sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through a ticket, selecting the relevant order and explaining which plan should be processed. Check the status in the panel afterward instead of creating duplicate requests with the same content.
Before applying, save the order status and plan details, and stop using the related data so the request can be matched to the correct order. The refund result and subsequent status are governed by the user panel and refund policy page; settlement display may also be handled by the relevant payment channel.
